Close to many outdoor activities - hiking, biking, fishing, golf, and tubing on the Beaver River.

Summary: Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Grass needed to be cut to stroll around the property. Pool was fantastic fun for the whole family! Lots of room inside the house. My adult children loved the pool table! Would definitely love to go back! The property owners very caring and accommodating!

Summary: We spent two weeks in July at Ken's pace in Singhampton. First Ken shared all the pertinent information to make check in super quick and was sure to check in regularly to see how we were making out. It's hard to tell from the photos but the house is extremely spacious with sunshine streaming onto three patios around the house. The property is just off a main regional road, so easy to find and easy to navigate to other local towns like Creemore, Blue Mountain, Collingwood and Thornbury. The five bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds and enough closet space. The kitchen is well appointed with all the cooking ware you need for family plus. The main tv room had great streaming access as well as lots of games, books, area maps to help make the most of your stay. The star of the show has to be the pool. There is a huge deck around the water with chairs and umbrellas to keep you comfortable all day long. The house is also uniquely situated near a number of farms who offer local produce and flowers roadside. Gives a whole new appreciation of farm to table! If you are looking for a quiet, private and relaxing space to retreat from busy city life or after a day of hiking or exploring the region, this is a place you can call home. I would be happy to return again.

Summary: We had a great week away at this property! The pool was the highlight and the accessibility to Collingwood, Scenic Caves and surrounding area. A perfect chance to unwind! Ken is the best host!
